Welcome to Macon Atlanta

Macon Atlanta is a podcast exploring how we can live better in this era of rapid technological change. We’re in conversation with Atlanta innovators, operators, and community builders who are taking steps to help make life meaningful.

I started this podcast while building my own small business (The Little Gym of Dunwoody) because I noticed a pattern: We have unprecedented technological capabilities, but we don't always use them to improve our quality of life. Atlanta is full of inspiring folks taking on meaningful challenges. I want to learn from others in the pursuit to live well in the AI era.

My hope in sharing these conversations is that they might be valuable for others asking similar questions around purpose, vitality, and technology. I believe proximity matters - knowing the stories of people in our community increases the chances we can help each other succeed.

I'm a dad, business owner, and spiritual seeker living in Atlanta. I run a kids' gymnastics business while exploring questions about technology, wellbeing, and community through this podcast.

My background includes experience as a startup founder and management consultant. I’m interested in ways technology can enhance rather than replace human connection and our pursuit of the good life.
